It's not difficult to find casual alternatives to the baseball cap that don't look like they just stepped out of a black and white movie. And it's worth the effort.

But how do other people know that you turned it backwards, without the adjustable strap across your forehead? Also, does it come with the Valvoline logo on it? I need it to match my dress t-shirt, y'know.

More seriously, any recommended hatters in the Bay Area?
In the Bay Area you can try Willie Brown's hatter, Mrs. Dewson's Hats at 2050 Fillmore in SF. Lots to choose from in all styles with prices ranging from a little to the outrageous. Good luck.
