Putting my summer necktie wardrobe where my post was yesterday, here is a brown tinted silver grenadine necktie worn with a tan fresco jacket, a blue and white striped shirt and an Hermes square. Below the waist, mid-gray trousers and fox suede Adelaide brogues.
We didn't take a full-length photo but this was the first time I'd worn the trousers, which are made from The London Lounge Brisa cloth, a high twist 11 ounce fabric with a soft hand and the characteristically mottled look of a fresco. They breathe well, and, if they resist wrinkling as well as I expect, they'll be great for travel.

Super, crisp, clean look, Will. Nice job. I am happy to see you are wearing a solid tie with odd jacket/odd trousers combo. I tried this on Tuesday (with that exact shirt coincidentally) and at times was not sure whether the solid tie was out of place in the ensemble; in other words whether it would be better to wear solid ties with suits. My pairing was that shirt (Hemrajani), solid navy tie (Purple Label), navy blazer (Paul Stuart), medium gray trousers (Ralph Lauren) and black shoes (Ralph Lauren). Again, great photo.
A very elegant summer look, Will! And I particularly admire the way you have coached your tailors into achieving a line for your jackets that is simultaneously polished but relaxed. Too many recent photos of men wearing what is apparently both British bespoke and RTW have made the poor victims look like The Tin Man.
I really like this look! I've been working on the odd-jacket gray trousers combination lately. I've got fall/winter covered in that I know what I can achieve. But summer can be more difficult. I am a bit tired of beige trousers. This is a great combination!
You've mentioned the London Lounge cloths before...apart from the internet's photos, how can one have a personal look at these cloths?
Initials, the only way I know to get a look is to order a length. I believe you need to be a LL member first.
Or, you can order a gray fresco from the Minnis website. It comes a couple weights and they will send you swatches.
