It is Labor Day in America today and that is generally considered the end of summer, even in Northern California where our two months of sunshine are only beginning.
Today's clothing choices are simple, and aptly demonstrated by the man on tee in the Apparel Arts illustration. Just wear loud trousers.

On the Golf course, maybe. But I've never really been excited about Golf, except when I read Ian Flemming's description of the Golf duel between Bond and Goldfinger.
I'd be careful with loud pants, however. They're ...um, loud. Hate to say this, but they look like clown pants on most men. Not all, but most. And I think it has something to do with age. Loud pants look bad on middleaged men (30-60) and okay on 12 year olds growing up on the east coast. If you are 65 + and look like you have been Julius Caesar in your day, whatever your field, then maybe. Just my humble opinion of course...
Hmm. The guy on the right looks more like he's going on safari than playing golf.
May we see you in your loud pants?
I'm not really sure about those either, we have a friend called 'the pants' precisely as he used to wear loud trousers in his youth- prevent this tragedy from repeating itself
