I believe I first saw the pictured Francois Pinton sunglasses on Cary Grant in To Catch a Thief, or perhaps it was one of his other films shot in France. On the other hand, I may be thinking of a photograph of Aristotle Onassis. But whereever I first saw them, in my opinion they are the best looking sunglasses on earth.
Worn with a linen suit in a shade of blue that may be perfect for any place on the Mediterranean coast where men wear suits, a shirt from mytailor.com and a magenta spots on dark navy necktie from Drake's.

Two holes on the lapel. I've never seen that before. Would you ever use the one on your right?
That is a fantastic look! I will copy for sure.
All proper double breasteds have a buttonhole on each side, reflecting how the revers were closed in bad weather originally.
Only the one on the left is used for a boutonniere.
Will -
What is the model of those sunglasses?
Beautiful suit--love the color--and a great look. I think that for this outfit, the white pocket square would be nigh impossible to improve upon.
Will: I have a very similar pair of Persols. I wear them all the time with a very similar look. I n Fact to day I happen to be wearing a very similar ouotfit to yours. Great minds think alike. I think Persol may have a better lens for the eyes.
Love it! The white pocket square is absolutely perfect, a touch that a less experienced man of style would have messed up with something colourful.
Will, I like the shirt collar style. Is it English wide or classic spread, or cut-away...or something else?
The collar is a cutaway.
Nungesser, the model may be ONA-3. That is at least the only model number like designation on the frames.
what shoes?
Tan shoes. There is a full length photo on the ASW Facebook page. I didn't post it here because I'm not happy with the look of the jacket. It is a 4x2 currently but the tailor put the buttons where the bottom four would be on a 6x2 instead of keystoning them a bit. So I'm waiting for two matching MOP buttons and once they arrive the jacket will become a 6x2.
Already mentioned, Persol, another iconic line.
I have a pair of their reading glasses. For more
