In my opinion, this is as good as cool weather clothing gets.

Agreed. This illustration epitomizes sartorial excellence. Everything is in place, yet not over thought.
But the hat. Oh the hat. That's what brings this from good to great. Sigh....
Having a complete combination similar to this in my own wardrobe, I can agree: this is one instance where that 'rule' of "never wear brown shoes with a blue suit" is made to be broken....and the hat just adds that air of elan.
Yes, about the hat. It appears to be the style that has no side dimples and a single "pleat" up front. First, what do you call that pleat? Second, I've only ever seen it on straw hats, do they even still make them in felt?
I really love this combination...I just purchased a lovely single-breasted Caruso Sartoriale charcoal chalk stripe but now I realize I need a 6x2 double breasted charcoal chalk stripe (perhaps with a dull rust alternating with the traditional grey).
