Nice instruction. The neckerchief deserves more popularity, as it provides another option for men who might not quite be comfortable wearing a cravat.
I wear them with blazers and odd jackets often enough. I remember an interesting photo of Cary Grant neckerchiefed with an odd jacket of some sort, with the ends of the neckerchief boldly flaring out. For myself I usually prefer the quieter practice of tucking them in.

Very good and basic instruction. Now besides you, where do they sell neckerchiefs? I haven't found a place in Los Angeles that sells them.
