Alfred Dunhill's Spring Summer 2011 advertising campaign features a series of interviews with British men, accompanied by portraits of them dressed in Dunhill clothing of their choosing.
The photos are of journalist Sir David Frost, who said "Everybody you meet has something to teach you."
Word.
The double breasted's shoulders are rather strong for my taste, but I like the look. I like the dinner jacket better, particularly the jacket's lapels and the use of shirt studs instead of the buttons that crept into celebrity evening wear along with the four in hand necktie.

I like the look of that satchel/briefcase that Sir David is carrying, and I like that he's gone with a textured bow tie rather than plain. Bit of a hero.
Thanks.
It is nice to see David Frost. I used to enjoy his USA-NYC show with the late Billy Taylor as the band leader.
Did anyone else notice that it seemed like all the dinner jackets at the golden globes had flap pockets this year? Is the current trend of four in hands leading designers towards creating a dinner jacket/lounge suit hybrid outfit?
Frost is basically right about life's lessons but I'm not crazy about either of the Dunhill ensembles which like a lot of their clothes seem to be straining for effect. I'm going to bet Frost's own clothes look better particularly since he's married to Duke's daughter who would keep in on the sartorial straight and narrow.
I think the photograph of the british violinist charlie siem where he is standing is by far the best photograph of the lot, and certainly the most stylish suit.
