Despite the fact that current fashion seems to sanction the wearing of casual clothes almost everywhere during the daylight hours, there are occasions like shopping when a man should be slightly more dressed up. In the photo, taken at J. Michaels Clothiers in Nashville, André Churchwell wears a tan 3 roll 2 Prince of Wales check suit of cloth from W. Bill that was tailored by Leonard Logsdail. Solid colored accessories are usually the best complements to a suit with a big pattern, and his blue shirt picks up the overcheck in the cloth, as does the Pacific blue necktie.
André's brother Keith wears black chalk stripes, also by Logsdail, with a dandy's cream wool odd waistcoat, a white shirt, a gray bordered white pocket square and gray necktie. He carries a black trilby.
