Drakes Shantung ties are my second favourite in the world, after knitted silk ties ... never ever fail to get complements or curious remarks, especially in Australia where they are still relatively unknown.
I've always been a bit of tie addict but since discovering Drakes a few years back I've become a complete junkie. And Will keeps feeding my habit by laying out these delicious shantung and cashmere numbers. I usually buy them in sales at high end retailers like Neiman or Bergdorf where the temptation to indulge is overwhelming. I see Michael Drake sold out a few months back but happily the standards are unchanged (although the prices seem to be going up).
